Daniel Kochka, CPA, CFE, MBA

Daniel helps owner-operated businesses get the financial leadership that growing companies need but rarely have in-house. As Founder and Managing Principal of Integrated Accounting Solutions, he works with owners in the $1M to $25M range who are ready to move past basic bookkeeping and tax prep into cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and year-round tax strategy.

He founded IAS to fix a problem he saw over and over: a bookkeeper in one place, a CPA in another, and no one holding the full picture. The firm brings tax, accounting, and advisory together under one team, built on repeatable systems and a bench of experienced CPAs, accountants, and advisors. That structure is deliberate, so clients get coordinated, senior-level work that does not depend on any single person.

Daniel is a CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner with an MBA, and he spent more than a decade in public accounting and small-business advisory before founding IAS. That work spanned a wide range of industries and included deep experience with contractors and project-based businesses, where he built the job-costing and financial-systems expertise he still draws on today.

Outside the firm, Daniel and his wife are expecting their first child, a big year for a household that already revolves around their dog. He spends his free time scuba diving, golfing, and playing pickleball, and his soft spot for dogs carries into a board seat with the American Dog Society.
