David Dolitsky works with owner-operated businesses across a range of industries, bringing more than three decades of accounting leadership to the clients he supports. He leads engagements spanning write-up, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. His work does not stop at producing the numbers. He explains what they mean and breaks them into specific actions an owner can take to improve their financial position.
His background covers what a growing business needs from its accounting function: budgeting, financial reporting, billing oversight, internal controls, and coordination with outside auditors and lenders. Before joining Integrated Accounting Solutions, David served as Financial Controller and General Manager of a tax and accounting firm, overseeing financial operations, compliance, and business administration. Earlier he spent a decade as managing partner of a regulated medical supply and billing organization, which sharpened his eye for governance and operational structure. He has also run businesses of his own, which shapes how he reads a set of numbers.
Away from the firm, David and his wife, Alina, enjoy hiking, museums, and live shows. He holds a black belt in Krav Maga, plays drums, and cooks.
