Lexi is the reason working with IAS feels easy. As Client Success Manager at Integrated Accounting Solutions, she is each client’s point of contact, the person who gets them to the right member of the team, follows up so nothing falls through, and keeps every interaction smooth and responsive.
She also leads the firm’s marketing, building out the systems and strategy behind it. That side of the work suits her: she has a real affinity for the systems-and-strategy side of business, and she brings the same organized, attentive instinct to both halves of her role.
Lexi brings nearly eight years of client service experience, which began at fifteen in her family’s real estate business. That early start gave her an instinct for showing up for people, and she has carried it into every role since.
Outside work, Lexi recently celebrated her first year of marriage to her husband, Seth, and spends her free time hiking, traveling, and adventuring with her Mini Aussie. She splits her time between Morgantown and southern West Virginia.
